Congratulations to our first weekly contest winner, Taraesa Smith Tellier!
The correct answer was 'Scotland'. This earthenware china set was made in Bo'ness in West Lothian by John Marshall and Co. between 1866 and 1899. The pattern is called 'Bosphorus', one of Bo'ness pottery's most popular and enduring design. It was produced originally by James Jamieson. Come and visit the museum to see it for yourself! Check by next week for another trivia question.
