Tracy Gordon is a lifelong native of Elgin County. Tracy’s studio, “Understatements and Embellishments”, is located on Main Street in Dutton. Working out of her studio, Tracy creates historic replica undergarments as well as period outerwear. Her textile portfolio displays a broad chronological range, as does her textile artifact collection. Tracy’s work was featured at this year’s Backus-Page House exhibit “A Peek at Victoria’s Secrets~ Exploring the 19th Century Fashion Silhouette”. Tracy was also a contributor to the 2010 International Plowing Match program with a show featuring her collection of replica and historic textiles.
