HOME BREWED
BEER
Using brown
sugar, ginger, hops, molasses, yeast, water, bottled in in bottles with rubber
corks securely tied. Beer will be ready
in two days but will keep a year.

quantities were written.
MOCK
PLUM PUDDING
1 cup suet
1 cup sweet
milk
1 cup raisins
1 cup molasses
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon soda
Steam 4 hours.
