West Elgin Horticultural Society is having their Annual Plant sSale, Saturday May 18th 9am-noon at the West Lorne Arena. 








Elgin County Heritage Centre hosts a panel on Blyth Festival’s production of “Jumbo,” 2 PM, May 16, 2019.
Go behind the scenes at the Festival and meet playwright SEAN DIXON, director GIL GARRETT, set and costume designer ERIC BUNNELL and GEMMA JAMES SMITH - builder of the life-sized Jumbo puppet. 






Step back in time to 1745, and follow the loyal Scots through triumph and tragedy in their quest to reclaim the throne for Bonnie Prince Charlie!

Battles, black-powder weapons demonstrations, a Piper’s Call, traditional singers, storytellers, the life of a Jacobite Soldier, British Military Punishment and a historic church service are just a few of the things planned for this weekend.
