Foodie Friday- Rice Waffles

Rice Waffles
 
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup of rice
  • 1 1/2 cup of flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 ounces melted butter
  • 2 eggs, beaten well
  • Milk
 
Instructions:
  1. Boil the rice until quite soft, mix with it the flour, salt, melted butter, eggs, and as much milk as will make it a thick batter.
  2. Beat lightly and bake in waffle irons.
