Rice Waffles
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup of flour
- Pinch of salt
- 2 ounces melted butter
- 2 eggs, beaten well
- Milk
Instructions:
- Boil the rice until quite soft, mix with it the flour, salt, melted butter, eggs, and as much milk as will make it a thick batter.
- Beat lightly and bake in waffle irons.
